Corridors and logistical efficiency of territories - 2021 Edition

The report aims to offer an updated snapshot of the logistical opportunities and best practices available for import and export through the logistics corridors of Northern Italy, as well as some significant ideas, capable of guiding strategic choices towards the objectives and the priorities expressed by the market and by the main stakeholders in the logistics sector. The study is based on a sample of 400 manufacturing companies, located in Lombardy, Veneto, and Emilia Romagna, analyzing the logistical preferences related to the use of Italian gateway ports and the methods used to transfer goods to and from the ports, with a focus final on the ceramic district of Modena and Reggio Emilia. The report focuses also on digitalization, sustainability and the Covid-19 impact.
